Shipping
If you placed your order after 12pm on a Friday, your order will be dispatched on Monday with an estimated delivery on Tuesday.
Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service is not guaranteed to be delivered the next day, so there may be a slight delay with your order. Rest assured it will reach you.

Please ensure you have done the following:
- Check the shipping address provided matches where you intended it to be delivered.
- Check the GPS location on the tracking matches your address.
- Check the image in the tracking is either recogniseable or not i.e. may be an image of your door or letterbox.
- Check with your neighbours in case the postie delivered to them.
- Check surrounding areas where a postie may leave the package in a ‘safe place’.
- Check with others in your household or property.
If you still cannot locate your package please reach out using the contact form below confirm the above 6 points. We will need to reach out to Royal Mail directly to see what went wrong.
Purchase / Cancellation
If your order has not been packed for shipping nor has it been shipped fill out the contact form below stating your order number and your request to cancel.
Once received we will process and cancel the order before dispatch.
Your refund should then reach your card/account within 3-5 working days.
If you suspect someone has used your card to purchase a product from us, reach out immediately.
Once the order is shipped we cannot refund even if it was an unauthorised purchase.
In any case you will need to contact your bank and inform them of the unauthorised use. This holds true for when someone you know uses your card without your permission.
Returns
No. All purchases are final once orders are shipped. You are only eligible for an exchange/replacement or credit note if the product or products you receive are faulty.
There are no refunds once orders are shipped.
Please follow these steps:
- If you product is rechargeable, charge it up and try it.
- If your product has any seals, remove all of them before taking a puff.
- If you still have issues please reach out using the contact form below and mention your order number and the exact issue.
If we cannot help you get your product working and it is within 14 days of receipt of your purchase we will begin a replacement process.
We will provide you with a postage label to return the faulty product back to us. Please ensure you follow the instructions as per the email. Once we receive the faulty product, we will dispatch a replacement out to you.

No, none of the products we stock will get you high, intoxicate you or give you a buzz. All of the products we stock are UK legal. Those that contain THC will have less than 1000micrograms in compliance with the misuse of drugs act.
No, the products we stock are based on distillate. This means they contain a wide variety of cannabinoids. Some including THC and others not.
Yes, all of the products we stock contain real extracts from real Cannabis Sativa L plants. We do not stock products where cannabinoids are made in a lab.
